Established in 1956, the Museum of Finnish Architecture in Helsinki is the second oldest museum of its kind (after Moscow) devoted specifically to architecture. The museum has large collections of drawings, photographs and architectural scale models. At present, The archive numbers at about 500,000 original drawings (mainly 20th century),85,000 photos (medieval to contemporary) and 500 models.
