St. Vitus Cathedral is the largest and the most important church in Prague. It is where the coronations of Czech kings and queens took place and also where the Czech Crown Jewels are kept. This Gothic cathedral is located in the Prague Castle ground. The most outstanding part of St. Vitus is its Wenceslas Chapel, which is decorated with over 1,300 gemstones.
