Free: On your birthday
If you happen to be in Tokyo on your birthday, there are two places where you can milk the day: Tokyo Tower and Tokyo Joypolis. At Tokyo Joypolis in Odaiba, the SEGA’s arcade emporium, you’ll be granted free entry as well as a ticket for unlimited rides. Also, you’ll get free Dippin’ Dots ice creams and other stuff while there. Tokyo Joypolis is jammed pack with virtual-reality attractions which makes it somewhat different from your regular outdoor theme park. Remember to bring your ID to prove your birthdate! While in Odaiba, check out other free things to do in the neighbourhood: Rainbow Bridge, Toyota Megaweb, Venus Fort, Gundam Front Tokyo, Museum of Sewerage, Museum of Maritime Science, etc.

Just visited this place. What a scamn, they offer all kind of promotions but after you paid for the admission you find out they wont start some of the modern rides if you dont speak japanese!!! resident evil, and two of the horror houses operators wont allow you to enter! After this we complained at the manager and left right away. Total time in 15 minutes, wasted 5600 yen with my gf… better go to akihabara everyone.
