Valparaiso Cultural Park was transformed from a former prison. The site sits on the largest horizontal surface in the hilly Valparaiso. The Chilean architect who designed the park, Emilio Marin, incorporated a series of geometric spaces in the spacious green courtyards and outdoor areas.
