That’s right. The Tourist Information Center (TIC), located on the B1 of the Korea Tourism Organization (KTO) offers a wide-range of services to visitors at no charge. One of the services is free internet and free international phone call! Do yourself a favour and give your folks back home a call when you drop in the TIC for other free stuffs (Cultural Experience Event, Korean Wave Hall, etc.)
