Not in New Orleans during Mardi Gras? Don’t be disappointed. Head to the mini-museum located on the second floor of Arnaud’s classic Creole restaurant. The Germaine Cazenave Wells Mardi Gras Museum is  named after Mrs Wells, the queen of 22 Mardi Gras balls from 1937 to 1968. The museum displays more than two dozens of costumes, along with vintage photographs, memorabilia and jewelries.
