Downtown Toronto Tour by Tour GuysFree: All time

Starting at Union Station, the primary hub of Toronto transit and busiest train station in Canada, this 90-minute walking tour heads north into The Financial District. Walking past the tallest skyscrapers in Canada and the headquarters of most of the nation’s banks and financial institutions as well as the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSE), your guide will explain Toronto’s growth as the financial capital of Canada. Part of the walk (or nearly all of it, if the weather is bad) will utilize the famous PATH, Toronto’s “underground city” – 25+km of interconnected hallways, corridors, and atriums filled with shops, services and food courts that serve the workforce in the office towers above. It connects all the subway stations and key buildings downtown! The tour will conclude with a stop at both Old City Hall and the current City Hall, where recent events have made news worldwide and where there is public art and are often community events and cultural festivals throughout the warmer months. The tour is free but feel free to tip the guide if you enjoy the tour!
