Amerikamura, literally translates to “American Village” is usually referred to by locals as “Ame-mura”. It’s a youth mecca for everything with American influence: cafes, bars, clothing stores, music stores, etc. Many of which sell imported and second-hand products. Shopping may cost money but watching is free. Ame-mura is the perfect spot to see the more fashion intense Japanese pop culture in action.
